Beginners’ Course, Part 2:

This eight-week beginners’ course is aimed at students with an elementary knowledge of Norwegian. It provides a comprehensive and practical introduction to the Norwegian language, with particular emphasis on basic grammar, pronunciation and everyday language use.

The fourth part of this language course is aimed at students with some previous knowledge of Norwegian (corresponding to the chapters 1–9 of På Vei). It provides a comprehensive and practical introduction to the Norwegian language, with a strong emphasis on basic grammar, pronunciation and everyday language use.

Intermediate Level
Intermediate Course, Part 5:

This eight-week course is intended for students who have already taken an intermediate course (dealing with the first nine chapters of Stein på Stein) or have a corresponding knowledge of Norwegian (level A2-B1). There will be a strong emphasis on oral activities to improve pronunciation and fluency in everyday conversation. We will strengthen your knowledge of basic grammar, and work on increasing your vocabulary and familiarity with common idioms and expressions.
In this fifth part of the intermediate course, we continue working with Stein på Stein.

Advanced Level
Advanced Course, Part 5:

This course is intended for students who have already taken one or several advanced courses (level B2) and who have completed the first chapters of Her på Berget. There will be a strong emphasis on vocabulary building and nuances in expression (pragmatics), in addition to reviewing and strengthening the grammar from the lower levels. Oral practice is another key feature of the course.
The long-term aim of this course is to prepare students for Bergenstesten or an equivalent exam.

“Bring your Baby” Norwegian Book club:

The book club is for students with an intermediate/advanced level of Norwegian and also open to mums and dads with their babies. In the first session, we will have a general discussion of contemporary Norwegian literature, and we will decide which book to read.
