“Bring your Baby” Beginners’ Course, Part 1:

This eight-week beginners’ course is especially aimed at students who would like to bring their baby to class. It provides a comprehensive and practical introduction to the Norwegian language, with particular emphasis on basic grammar, pronunciation and everyday language use.

Beginners’ Course, Part 3:

This third part of the beginners’ course is aimed at students with an elementary knowledge of Norwegian. It provides a comprehensive and practical introduction to the Norwegian language, with particular emphasis on basic grammar, pronunciation and everyday language use.
We will continue working with På Vei, picking up where we left off in chapter 4.

Intermediate Level
Lower Intermediate Course:

The lower intermediate course is aimed at students with a good, basic knowledge of Norwegian (corresponding to chapters 1–11 of På Vei). It provides a comprehensive and practical introduction to the Norwegian language, with a strong emphasis on basic grammar, pronunciation and everyday language use.

Advanced Level
Advanced Course, Part 6:

- Last Course day: Wednesday, 10. October 2018
- Duration: 8 weeks, 2 lessons/session, 16 lessons in total
- Maximum 5 students – Two places left
This course is intended for students who have already taken one or several advanced courses (level B2) and who have completed the first chapters of Her på Berget. There will be a strong emphasis on vocabulary building and nuances in expression (pragmatics), in addition to reviewing and strengthening the grammar from the lower levels. Oral practice is another key feature of the course.
The long-term aim of this course is to prepare students for Bergenstesten or an equivalent exam.

“Bring your Baby” Norwegian Book club:

The book club is for students with an intermediate/advanced level of Norwegian and also open to mums and dads with their babies. This course provides a general introduction to contemporary Norwegian literature, gives you the chance to increase vocabulary and helps to improve your conversation skills.
In the first session, we will have an introductory discussion of your knowledge of Norwegian literature, and we will decide which book to read.
