Registration
- registration for all courses is made on the suzalingua website
- registration is binding as soon as it is confirmed by suzalingua
- students will receive an invoice for course fees to be paid before the start of the course
- private classes can be booked individually or in 10-class packages by direct appointment with suzalingua (price per 60-minute lesson: 850 kr; prepaid 10-class package: 7750 kr)
Cancellation
- if a student wishes to cancel a course, they have to contact suzalingua in writing
- course fees are fully refundable until 14 days before the course start
- cancellations made 14 days or less before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee
- no refunds can be given for non-attendance after the start of the course
- all private classes are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy: classes cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time are not refundable
- suzalingua will do its utmost to provide the classes that have been confirmed. In case of a teacher’s illness or other unforseen circumstances, classes may be offered on an alternative date if possible
Materials
- course books are not included in the course fees
- students will be informed which books are required for each course
- additional materials (photocopies) will be distributed
Number of students
- suzalingua requires a minimum number of 3 students to be able to run group courses
- we will always try the hardest to run all our courses as advertised, but if the minimum number of students is not met, we will try to find you a place in another course
- the maximum number of students admitted per course is 6 for regular group courses, and 4 for “bring your baby” group courses
Norwegian classes for immigrants
suzalingua is an officially approved provider of Norwegian language tuition for immigrants (see list of private providers accredited by Kompetanse Norge: www.kompetansenorge.no/Norsk-og-samfunnskunnskap/Godkjente-tilbydere-av-norskopplaring/#ob=4073).
Students who need documentation of their Norwegian courses to apply for permanent residency or citizenship in Norway must inform suzalingua of this at the time of registration. Official documentation of classes can then be provided after completion of the course.
